This trail is part of the Florida Trailwalker Program. It is a 2.3 mile loop where you will hike through depression marshes, sandhill, scrubby flatwoods, mesic hammock, mesic flatwoods, and scrub.
From I-75 take exit 350 at SR 200. Go West for 10.5 miles on SR 200. Trailhead on South side SR 200. Traveling from West of Marion County take SR 200 toward Ocala. Trailhead is 4.5 miles East of the Withlacoochee River. Traveling on CR 484 turn West at intersection of CR 484 and SR 200. Trailhead is 1.4 miles on South side of SR 200.
